1. What initially attracted you to Jellyfish, and what motivated you to join the BDR team?

I first came across Jellyfish while browsing Built In Boston, an online platform highlighting the city’s booming tech and startup scene. The name initially caught my attention, and as I learned more, the company’s momentum and clarity of vision for the software engineering industry really stood out.

I was motivated to join the BDR team because Jellyfish felt like the right stage of growth: established enough to learn from experienced leaders, but still early enough to make a real impact. It seemed like an environment where I could ramp quickly, take ownership, and develop strong commercial skills. Throughout the interview process, every leader I met spoke about Jellyfish with genuine and candid passion, which reinforced that this was a place people truly believed in and wanted to build.

2. Can you share a memorable experience/project that highlights why you enjoy working here?

One experience that really stands out for me is our weekly best-practices sessions. They’ve been memorable because they create space for the team to get together, share what’s working, learn from each other, and continuously improve together. I’ve picked up practical tactics I can immediately apply, and I’ve also had opportunities to contribute ideas of my own.

3. How does Jellyfish encourage innovation and creativity in your role, and how does that make your work more fun?

Jellyfish encourages innovation by giving BDRs a lot of ownership and trust. There’s room to test new messaging, experiment with different personas and channels, and bring ideas forward without heavy bureaucracy. If something works, it’s shared and scaled; if it doesn’t, it’s treated as a learning opportunity. And the more creative I can get, the more fun it is. I think that’s part of what makes each day so exciting for me.

4. What do you think sets Jellyfish apart from others in the Tech industry?

What sets Jellyfish apart is how quickly the value clicks for customers and prospects across different roles and company sizes. The feedback I hear on each call is overwhelmingly positive, and that level of resonance is rare. It’s validating, and it makes me excited to bring Jellyfish to more teams.

5. If you had to sum up why you like working at Jellyfish in one sentence, what would it be?

The people – brilliant, supportive, and genuinely invested in each other’s success – are what make working at Jellyfish so special.
