1. What initially attracted you to Jellyfish, and what motivated you to join the Customer Success team?

I first heard of Jellyfish in 2023, when a few former colleagues joined the company. Throughout the interview process, I met with one of the Jellyfish co-founders and a few Customer Success Leaders and it became very clear that Jellyfish not only had a great vision of what we are building but the right culture and leadership to make it happen. I wanted to be part of a company that was defining a category, with a positive culture and leadership team that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

2. Can you share a memorable experience/project that highlights why you enjoy working here?

Jellyfish is always focused on creating moments to bring departments together in person, which strengthens team culture. A recent experience that stands out is being part of our Product Liaison program. This role strengthens the connection between Customer Success and Product by ensuring my fellow CSMs are fully equipped to drive adoption and deliver value in key product areas. This is a great example of how Jellyfish provides you with opportunities to grow outside of the day-to-day.

3. How does Jellyfish encourage innovation and creativity in your role, and how does that make your work more fun?

The people and that culture starts from the top with a leadership team that leads by example. A few of the core values are Swim Against the Current and Glow Brightly. Because our platform provides deep visibility into engineering alignment, I’m not just fixing problems—I’m interpreting stories in the data.

I am encouraged to ‘Swim Against the Current’ by challenging my customers’ assumptions. If a VP of Engineering thinks their team is stalled, I can creatively use our data to show them they are actually just over-indexed on unplanned work. That pivot – from reactive firefighter to strategic consultant – is where the innovation happens. I’m allowed to invent new ways to present value.

4. What do you think sets Jellyfish apart from others in the Tech industry?

They are always focused on anticipating around the corner and innovating to stay ahead of the competition. In my 15+ year career, I have never seen a PDE team consistently adapt and deliver new (value-add) product features so frequently but without sacrificing quality.

5. If you had to sum up why you like working at Jellyfish in one sentence, what would it be?

We are all working together to build something great, and doing so in a very proactive, innovative and thoughtful way.
