AI has been top of mind in every organization in 2024, and engineering is no exception. More than six in 10 respondents (61%) to the 2024 State of Engineering Management Report say their team has embraced AI technologies to augment their engineering practices. However, there’s a disconnect between leadership and front-line workers: 76% of executives believe their team has embraced AI, while only 52% of engineers say the same.
