At Siigo, Jaime Lopez Vivas, Senior Vice President of Engineering, has reimagined how his teams approach strategic planning and operational alignment. “We use capacity planner to get an idea of the effort before planning a roadmap, which gives us a realistic projection,” Jaime explained.

“Each engineering leader must put on their board slides the direct collaborators, OKRs, and projects,” Jaime said.

That clarity also extends to Siigo’s collaboration with its private equity sponsor, AKKR. Jellyfish gives Jaime the ability to clearly surface where engineering effort is being spent and how it maps to strategic priorities.

“We primarily use Jellyfish to review team health and the costs associated with OKRs and projects,” Jaime explained.
