They realized we need to rethink the way we measure and communicate the impact of engineering teams; we need to elevate and empower engineering leaders to be business leaders; and we need to advance the way engineering teams operate, align to business needs, deliver value, and understand their roles.

Jellyfish was founded to do just that – so every engineering leader can be a business leader. Today, Jellyfish has freed up engineering leaders across the globe to focus on influencing product strategy and defining what’s next.
