Overview
Jira is an issue tracking and project management platform used to plan, track, and manage software work. Jellyfish supports Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center via direct connection or the Jellyfish Agent. Jellyfish captures metadata about assigned ticket movements and ticket management events, including out-of-the-box and custom fields.
